When our garage door broke, i called the company who we have used in the past and they told me it would be more than a week before they could come. New garage door. Previous customer. Our technician Luke was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely empathetic to our situation and made recommendations based on our specific needs. He went above and beyond to assist us including getting approval for several discounts and for installing a safety latch on our broken garage door so we can have piece of mind that no one can get into the garage until the new door arrives.. Luke is a great representative and credit to your company. I would highly recommend Luke.
