Tech Bob was great. Did a great job, was very informative, on time and made all options clear. Cost was a little higher than expected but it was more acceptable than replacing doors that are still operational after 14 years with 1 basically never used.

Thanks to Louis for being so helpful in explaining the service we needed to get our garage door spring replaced. He was very knowledgeable, eager to explain and demonstrate the fix after the new spring was replaced! This is our second time using Precision and we will return again!

Our Garage Door Opener had stopped working. Our Precision Technician, Lou, immediately diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, described the various cost options, and got our sign-off to proceed with the work. The work was done and the Garage Door Opener was working again in no time. Lou was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while he answered questions and sometimes explained things a second time. Thank you, Lou and Precision.

I had my garage door opener replaced. I was very happy with the way the technician fit me with the opener that met my needs. I was very happy with the wisdom of the technician himself. We had Tammy come out to give us an estimate for new garage doors and openers. She was friendly, knowledgeable and organized. We decided to move forward with the purchase and installation due to our overall experience with her. Hopefully we are just as happy with the installation technicians and final product.
