Found out about your service online. Installer James was cool and did a great job hooking me up with a new garage door opener in a couple of hours. Nice clean job. I'd recommend your service and James in particular. 5 star service.

We had both of our door openers ( old and slow) replaced with hi - tech motors. Installer was thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. He walked us through the app that can open and close the doors and view the garage with the cameras. Tested the springs, rollers etc. Totally professional and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

Ethan was very professional. He analyzed my problem and informed me of several options. He was able to upgrade my opener system and instructed me on its usage. Before leaving he cleaned up and helped set up my automobile with the opener. He made sure I was satisfied and comfortable with its operation. Ethan was a pleasure to worked with.

What a great all around experience. Very professional. The technician was onsite right away to diagnose our issues with the garage door. A text with the picture of the tech and a short Bio was sent to both my wife and me before he arrived. Was very prompt, very friendly, and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the installation, and the service from both the company and Mr Ryan Patrick Murphy. I would definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Lou presented me with all available options and explained exactly what needed to be done and what did not need immediate attention. The bio I received prior to his visit was a great touch. Lou attended college (Scranton) which competed with my son's school (Catholic) in baseball. We had some laughs. Overall an excellent experience and I will recommend Precision.
