What a very pleasurable experience I had with Glen from Precision. We discussed the alternatives to addressing my garage door opening problems and after reviewing the choices decided on two new motors plus redoing a number of the support mechanisms. Precision has serviced our garage doors this year. They respond quickly and completely, sending excellent technicians. A cable shredded on one of our doors. Gaetano arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and did it. He answered any questions we had. We are thinking of getting new doors. Gaetano's answers were not a sales pitch, just informative. We are grateful for that and will get new doors this spring.

The secretary who answered my phone call was polite and efficient. She immediately sent out an email and the email included the name and picture of the technician coming to my home. On the scheduled day we had a snow storm and I was not able to be home. The technician called my cell to say he was on his way and I told him I was not home. He rescheduled the appointment for me and called my cell to confirm day and time. Scott, the technician who did fix the garage door was on time (called ahead to say he would be arriving in 15 minutes). He was knowledgeable and went over all aspects of the job in detail and showed me the cable that was frayed, the steel that was rusty, etc. He completed the job in one hour which is what he said it would take before he even started the job. He helped move some of the garage "stuff" that would be in his way while working and helped put it back. He cleaned up whatever mess he made. He said I would be receiving an email within 10 minutes after he left and I did. I highly recommend this company for their polite way of dealing with customers, their efficient emails and on time appointments. And, oh yes, the garage door works!

I thought the entire advertisement was very professional. As a senior citizen I appreciate the safety concerns that the company addressed like the name of the representative, his picture, and his background. That is outstanding. Andrew N. is an excellent mechanic as well as one who takes the time to explain to you what is wrong and the options that are available. He is also very personable I was very pleased.
