I was very pleased with the service Charlie gave us. I was expecting the visit to just provide us with an estimate, so I was very happy when Charlie said he could do the work immediately (and he completed it in less than two hours!). Also impressive: Charlie didn't try to sell us additional equipment; he evaluated what we had and told us the items that were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. He was also very pleasant to work with and very thorough. Great experience.

Precision has serviced our garage doors this year. They respond quickly and completely, sending excellent technicians. A cable shredded on one of our doors.
