Our service technician Tim was very knowledgeable, hard working, and friendly. He finished the job on time and explained all the features of the new system very clearly. He discussed the different options I had and the prices as well. He managed to get a part delivered to our house while he continued to work on our doors. Bob Z was extremely nice, competent and went about his work and accomplished the job quickly. The whole experience was great from the beginning. He called before he came to the house. Explained everything we needed very professionally and did an excellent job. 10 stars for Bob - 4 stars for price.
