We could not be happier with our experience with Precision Door. From the appointment scheduling to the timely arrival and expert installation, we were impressed every step of the way. Our garage door expert, Xavi, was friendly and knowledgeable. The team worked quickly and explained everything about our new units so we knew exactly how to use everything. We are enjoying the convenience of our new garage door openers; the keypad and app entry, WIFI connection and security cameras are such a great features and Xavi walked us through the easy set up. We would definitely recommend using Precision for any of your garage door needs.

It was a really good experience. I had called in the evening after normal hours, around 6pm, but was able to connect and request for service. The service took place the next day at the appointed time. Work completed professionally, the technician was thorough and courteous. Will definitely come back again to Precision.

Technicians are always, friendly, helpful and good at what they do. One good thing is very often you can get service on the same day you call, which is unusual today. Only negative is they are a little pricey!

Took into consideration my home owners association is replacing all garFe doors in the spring 2020. Also taught me about maintenance I should be doing. Service with a smile and very efficient.

He called with an arrival time estimate and showed up with in 5 mins of the ETA. Explained our options and listen to my concerns. Very polite and courteous. John Delpiu was at our house 2 days ago to fix an opener that made grinding noises. The day after he fixed it, the noise returned. I was happy to get him to come back 2 days later. He had to install a new opener which is working very quietly now. I was happy with this quick and courteous service.

John Delpiu was the Precision Garage Door Service Technician who worked on our door. He kept us well advised as to the time he would arrive in the service window, so there was no unnecessary waiting around. Once on site John saw what our issue was. He tediously adjusted the springs and cables on both sides of the door. The door is working much better now after his adjustments!
