While I didn't care for the bot answering questions on their website, all the people I spoke with at Precision Garage Door were great. David Paz arrived on time, clearly presented the options for a replacement garage door opener, priced it, removed the old unit, installed the new one, and made sure that it was integrated properly. Couldn't ask for more. A sure bet.

John Delpiu was the Precision Garage Door Service Technician who worked on our door. He kept us well advised as to the time he would arrive in the service window, so there was no unnecessary waiting around. Once on site John saw what our issue was. He tediously adjusted the springs and cables on both sides of the door. The door is working much better now after his adjustments!
