He called with an arrival time estimate and showed up with in 5 mins of the ETA. Explained our options and listen to my concerns. Very polite and courteous. John Delpiu was at our house 2 days ago to fix an opener that made grinding noises. The day after he fixed it, the noise returned. I was happy to get him to come back 2 days later. He had to install a new opener which is working very quietly now. I was happy with this quick and courteous service.

Precision installed a new belt drive door opener today. I found dealing with Precision easy. They showed up when they Promised, even called ahead to advise they were on their way. Bryan the installer was very pleasant and professional. He was also very neat and efficient and there was not any extra movement during the install. And he even connected new code into two automobiles before he left.

Technicians are always, friendly, helpful and good at what they do. One good thing is very often you can get service on the same day you call, which is unusual today. Only negative is they are a little pricey!
