Precision installed a new belt drive door opener today. I found dealing with Precision easy. They showed up when they Promised, even called ahead to advise they were on their way. Bryan the installer was very pleasant and professional. He was also very neat and efficient and there was not any extra movement during the install. And he even connected new code into two automobiles before he left.

Our technician George Miranda was truly exceptional. He was the very personification of a customer oriented employee: on-time, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and very friendly and pleasant. In an era of challenging customer service "at the front lines" of any company sending out technicians to personal residences, George was simply a true professional. Brian Hallock did an excellent job. Frigid cold had apparently affected the circuits and the battery in the remote. The temp went up overnight and the door was actually working okay when he arrived. But he checked everything out just to make sure, changed the battery in the remote, and gave the rod and spring the once over to make sure there was no deterioration. I hope I don't have to call you folks again anytime soon, but the service was excellent, and I appreciated the Sunday call pickup to schedule the service.

Called for garage door opener repair. Was able to schedule appointment within a couple of days. Gaetano called when he was about 20 minutes away, so I didn't have to sit in my house waiting all day. He was very pleasant when he showed up. He assessed the problem, fixed it fairly quickly and made some recommendations for the future without being overly pushy. He was the utmost professional with a bit of a personal touch, without being too chatty. I would definitely recommend this company.

John Delpiu was at our house 2 days ago to fix an opener that made grinding noises. The day after he fixed it, the noise returned. I was happy to get him to come back 2 days later. He had to install a new opener which is working very quietly now. I was happy with this quick and courteous service.
