Brian Hallock did an excellent job. Frigid cold had apparently affected the circuits and the battery in the remote. The temp went up overnight and the door was actually working okay when he arrived. But he checked everything out just to make sure, changed the battery in the remote, and gave the rod and spring the once over to make sure there was no deterioration. I hope I don't have to call you folks again anytime soon, but the service was excellent, and I appreciated the Sunday call pickup to schedule the service.

Called for garage door opener repair. Was able to schedule appointment within a couple of days. Gaetano called when he was about 20 minutes away, so I didn't have to sit in my house waiting all day. He was very pleasant when he showed up. He assessed the problem, fixed it fairly quickly and made some recommendations for the future without being overly pushy. He was the utmost professional with a bit of a personal touch, without being too chatty. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had garage door springs and other hardware replaced. I found my service technician (Chris) to be very knowledgeable regarding repair that was needed and his companies products. I wound up purchasing Precision's "rebuild package" based on discussion with Chris. I had a few questions after install, with my phone call returned timely with all of my questions addressed. A return visit by Chris was required which met all of my needs.

This is my first time using Precision and they were wonderful. I needed a new key pad , and the tech discovered that my springs and cable were in dire need of repair. I was very pleased with the professional service provided to fix my garage door. The track had been bent when backing out a car, which caused the door to not close/open properly using the remote. The technician fixed the problem quickly, reviewed the force adjustments on the door opener, and lubricated the track. He came out and quickly fixed the problem, and did not try to sell anything I didn't need. Thanks for your help!

Andrew was great. He called approximately 30 min. before he arrived and was right on time. He was very sociable and answered all my questions. He even advised me that I was still under my 5 year warranty from when I purchased my garage door, which totally slipped my mind. He completed the job quickly and added new screws and washers to fasten the cables. Andrew and Precision are tops. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Great Job.
