On 1/13/25, I had the motor in my garage door replaced. The old motor was purchased in 2024. The technician did an excellent job. He installed the new garage door opener, provided new remote openers, and installed the new door openers outside the garage door. He worked efficiently and cleaned up all the mess. This individual knew his job and performed it well. Any questions I had were answered. I am very pleased with the completed task and would recommend this company for their excellent work performance.

I was thoroughly impressed how professional Faber & Andre where when they showed up today…(right on time) to complete the installation of my Prescision Garage Door. Everything from start to finish was done with speed and accuracy. I was given personal instructions from Faber on all aspects of the usage and care of the (3 remotes), outside unit, and instructions that came with me unit. And I was really impressed how quiet the Lift Master unit itself was first put into use. All this work was completed in just under 3 hours performed by just two technicians. I would definitely recommend Prescision Overhead Garage Doors to anyone seeking to have a professional work done. My Wife, Ann also loved the color and its ease of operation.,Thank you so much. Appreciated the text with info on service person and approximate time of arrival, and subsequent follow-up texts. Lisa and Jennifer in the office were excellent and personable. Kevin was efficient in assessing the issue and recommendation. I appreciated his explanation of what was needed and what was included in the replacement. He was able to complete the job the same day and in less than an hour. He also took the time to assess the viability of a second garage door opener. I get a lot of advertising from your company and at the same times I get advertising from Door To Door. I have used your company a total of 3 times now (each time $600 plus), although expensive I have been very satisfied with the work done and the technicians that did it, as well as the fast and prompt service. However, I find your advertising to be very misleading in a lot of ways. For example, who knew that the waiving of the service fee when the installation of a new garage door opener was done was considered a promotion and or discount, thereby disallowing me the $50.00 off coupon for any Liftmaster opener??!! The technician Tommy called the office and all they would give me was $25.00 not $50.00. It does not make sense Also, did I get the free trolley shield mentioned below? And what about the Senior Citizen Discount. Please be sure Owner Doug sees this review, otherwise I will call him as the email suggests. Thx.

If I could have given zero stars I would have, but they do not let me do so. Almost 5 years ago I had Precision come and install a new garage door, a lift system for the door (top of the line) with a keypad and two remotes. Not even 5 years later my keypad stops working correctly and will not open the door. I finally call to have a technician come out, I am not home but my husband is. When I get home he tells me they charged over $200 for a new keypad. I am upset because this seems very expensive for a keypad and I do not feel it should have died so soon. I call about 1 hour after the technician has left my house (I have nothing bad to say about the technician or the women who I spoke with on the phone) and called customer service. I was told that I would need to speak to management and they will not be in until Monday. She took my information and said they will call on Monday. At 4pm on Monday I still did not receive a call so I called back. I was told they would try to get a hold of management and have them call me. NO call Monday. On Tuesday still not call by 3pm. I call them and finally get management. I do not know if they were hoping I would go away if they did not call or not, but I was already displeased by their lack of care for their customers. I asked the management if I should be expected to have to replace my keypad every 5 years because I think that I should have been told that before buying the product. I was told that it should have lasted a lot longer and this was unusual and should not happen again. Once I was told this, I then asked why I was charged over $200 to fix something that was clearly defective. How do they not back the products that they are selling? The response I got was that the manufacture only warranties it for 1 year so they can’t do anything. I stated again how do you as a large company not back the products you sell, because you are not if it is clearly defective and you charged me so much to replace it. Then I am told a keypad should only be $99. He looks up my information and I was charged a package to do a diagnostic and get a keypad, something I did not ask for. So I had to pay $100 over what I should have. Management finally says the best they can do is give you me 2 year warranty on the new keypad, which I flip out to. If it should last 10-15 years what is a 2 year warranty doing. I tell him I am done and will be writing a review about how they do not back their products. I then get told I would get a full refund. I month later and no check. Clearly this company does not care about its clients, is dishonest, disloyal, and does not back their defective products, let alone one that is not.

We called because one of our garage doors stopped opening all the way. The person answering he call was friendly and efficient and set up an appointment convenient to us. The tech, John, came right on time and was extremely pleasant and patient. Unfortunately we needed a new motor, and despite the late hour, John removed the old one with associated chain and track, and installed the new one. He cleaned up beautifully and spent a lot of time explaining the new system to us and setting all 3 doors on the new remote. One remote didn’t program all 3 doors, so he can’t back two days later with remotes that worked on all doors after he programmed them for us, even though it was dark by then.john was unfailingly pleasant, very efficient and knowledgeable and took extra trouble to satisfy us.
