From the first contact to schedule an appointment and throughout the my installation Precision was OUTSTANDING in communication, customer service. Professional and courteous was what I experenced. Mike Picarello (sales) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Faber Velasquez (installation) was through and expertly installed our 2 new garage doors. My overall experience with Precision was truly A+++, 5 STAR and I would recommend them to anyone.

The work was done within the timeframe he estimated. He was a nice guy (courteous and professional). I was also pleased that there was primer coat of paint on it in the correct color. The only thing that was different than the previous door was that the windows are not at the top level but at the next to top level. I can live with that.

Precision door helped me about 5 years ago and when I decided to replace my garage door they were the only ones I wanted to trust. They installed a new garage door for me and when they got done, no mess, no fuss, a great job. I can't compliment the employees enough, from the scheduling to the removal of the old door to installing the new door. They kept in touch with me from start to finish. These people really know what they are doing, fast and efficient.

Service and install was very good and all parties I dealt with very very nice and professional. Would have given 5 stars but they did not sweep up after installing the new door - debris on the garage floor and found a large screw in the driveway. Did not want to run over that.

The service was excellent from beginning to end—starting with Tammy’s initial sales call, to Monica’s scheduling of the installation appointment, to Faber’s and Andres’ completing the door and motor installation.
