If there were an extra STAR, I would give it to you! Your technicians were excellent and knew their "stuff". Both Mike and Louis were on time and made suggestions regarding how to repair my garage door, rather than replace it. Both technicians are long time employees of Precision and know the industry well. I also liked the appointment reminder text that included a photo of the Precision employee assigned to my job. For security reasons, you know who is coming to your home. It took a couple of visits to get the issue resolved. In less than one year we required two visits on a new opener. The culprit was the new design of the sprocket which was causing the belt to be offline and cause the loud knocking sound. Precision replaced that part with an old part from an older motor. The dust guard could not be installed due to the shape of the part, but our garage is clean - told not an issue. It's not Precision's fault that LiftMaster has a design fault, but LiftMaster should provide replacement parts at not cost - like a recall. it's a problem. May need to not sell that product, but appreciate the Precision resolution at no charge and saving of the motor and belt before things got worse.

A spring on one of our garage doors broke on a Sunday afternoon. We checked with a family member, who had used Precision in the past, to ask for a recommendation. After their positive feedback we scheduled an appointment with Precision for the following morning. Louis R. arrived at our home 8 AM Monday morning and gave a detailed analysis of all the working parts of the door and some options for the repair. After making a decision Louis got to work and about 90 minutes later our door was working better than ever. That door has not been that smooth and quiet in years!! Thanks Precision and Louis R. for the quick response and great work! Highly recommended to anyone in need of Garage door repair!!

Garage door opener was malfunctioning suddenly and very badly. Called POGD and secured a same day appointment . Technician Louis R. arrived promptly within scheduled appointment time. Louis was highly professional, courteous, totally customer focused. Took ample time to size up the problem, explained everything that could be done, entertained all questions, discussed best possible outcome for the service call. Was mindful of property as well. The door opener and door are now functioning again. Louis also discussed options with me for a better longer term solution - which we would absolutely look to engage POGD when we decide to go forward with the recommendation. Loius Rowek was fantastic. He was on time, inspected the garage doors and replaced the worn out springs, the operating cables, the pulleys and the rollers. He also replaced the hinges on the doors. Lou Rowek installed a new garage door system at our home. Everything that Lou accomplished was done with "precision".
