Used Precision Garage Door Service for the first time and was highly pleased. I like the way they call when they are on their way. Tech couldn't have been more helpful. Got new garage door opener and he explained everything so well. Will surely be using them in the future and will tell all my friends and family they are a good company to use.

M. arc M came out here by himself and installed 2 replacement garage doors by himself. He came on time, was courteous, was clean and did a great job. He was finished and gone by 3;00 that afternoon. He explained whet he was doing along the way and showed me how everything worked. He did a great job and would highly recommend Precision for garage doors. ......John M

Ryan Patrick Murphy was very competent and thorough. He understood that a lightening strike had fried the logic boards, made sure to reserve the replacement parts with your warehouse, and returned shortly to install the parts. He checked the safety and proper functioning of all elements of the garage door system and made sure to reprogram keypads, remotes, etc. Very competent and knowledgeable employee.

I called this service after just randomly calling the one of the searches that came up in Google. I just didn’t have time to let research who was best to call and figured they’d all be the same. I’m taking the time to write this review because I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from the first phone call to post service how I was treated. I can’t even list the ways that this company goes above and beyond in customer service. The absolute best was the text I got when my service guy was 1/2 hour away and it gave me his picture and some facts about him so I’d be comfortable when he arrived. He was also the nicest guy in the world. Oh and he fixed my door without trying to sell me anything more then needed. Everything about this service was beyond my expectations even the price.

Tim was friendly and courteous and instantly tried to temporarily repair my rusted, bent rails enough for us to open and close the garage door one more time to remove the trash/recycle cans. Unable to, he very clearly explained the different options available. Soon we will have a new door that will look exactly like our old door, except this one will work!

Your website and procedures were excellent and your service tech was professional and courteous. However, the cost of your services were way to high...$400 to repair the set of springs on the a door is just too much..I have done this myself in the past and it takes me under an hour to complete. I guess I will be doing it myself again this weekend.

Dear Mr. Papa, Thank you for your kind words. Fixing things yourself is always the cheapest way to do things. Allow me to provide you with a few tips since you decided to do this job yourself. Most springs from your big box stores come with a 2,000 cycle rating which may be why your spring has broken again. Try to go online and find a high cycle spring of at least 25,000 cycles so you do not experience the same spring inconvenience in the near future. If you are unable to find this type of spring please call us and we would be happy to provide this for you with a lifetime warranty as long as you live in your home. You will never have to fix this yourself again.
