Lou was very professional, nice, skilled and careful re Covid precautions. From making the appointment to the service on the garage door opener, the Precision team was very professional. Rob arrived on time, confirmed our issue and kept us informed of the progress. During an inspection he found hardeare that could be a problem; giving usnthe option to reapir during THIS visit. Many other companies would require another appointment. Fantastic job!

I called for service at 9:15 A.M Monday morning and was told someone would be here between 10 and 2. I went shopping and when I arrived home at 11:15 Tim was working in the garage with my son. He was wonderful, polite, patient and caring about our problem. Thank you and Tim for all your help.
