When my LiftMaster garage door needed repair/new springs, I looked up authorized dealers online and contacted Precision Door. I was very pleased with their service. They came the next day and worked with me to replace the springs and other needed parts at a reasonable price. Their technician Matt was extremely personable and knowledgeable. His listened to my concerns, and worked diligently to deliver exceptional results. I would definitely recommend Precision Door, and call them again for any future needs.

From the first contact to schedule an appointment and throughout the my installation Precision was OUTSTANDING in communication, customer service. Professional and courteous was what I experenced. Every person I spoke to was very professional and nice to deal with. Garage door stoped, working I called Precision door service and the lady was very nice and she had me booked for the next day I was informed prior to arrival via email and text. Glen the technician arrived on time and he was very professional and very nice and easy to deal with He is also knowledgeable. The whole work Took about an hour and a half from A-to-Z and our garage door was running up and down perfectly and smoothly Thank you Precision and thank you Glen.

It was easy to book the appointment online. Sean did a great job on the repair and completed it more quickly than I expected. He was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to talk to. He replaced the springs, rollers, and cables. The garage door works like new and is a lot quieter than before.

I'd give 10 stars if I could! I called Precision at about 2:30pm. A REAL person answered the phone and I had a repair team at my house in less than an hour. They waited for me patiently while I finished a phone call and did the repair in record time. I had worked previously with Rissland, for years. Now I'm with Precision and I'm very happy!

We had excellent service from your company. It started from the first call to your company for service. The girl on the phone was very nice and helpful. We had the tech (Luke) at our house within 24 hrs. He was wonderful, so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and did the repair. We can't say enough about him. Our garage door was repaired. The cable on one our garage doors broke and I called on Monday and was able to get an appointment for Tuesday. The technician, Louis was on time, very experienced, very knowledgeable and very nice! He indicated that we needed more new parts than just the cables and we should go with the Premium Package which seemed expensive to me but after he explained what the individual parts would cost, it made more sense because with the Premium Package the parts are guaranteed for 10 years. He completed all of the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again.
