I am very pleased with the service provided by Glen Colaianni of Precision Overhead Garage Door Service today. He listened to my concerns, did good work, was very helpful and courteous. The spring was fixed and the rubber seal of the garage door was replaced. (The response after my phone call was also very quick and the updates by text and email were very welcome information.). Glen, my technician was so patient and kind and explained all my options in a manner I could understand and truly went out of his way to accommodate me with a fair price. Beyond that, his work was impeccable and he explained how to work and understand my new system. I received a new LiftMaster LED Garage door opener with all the works. Fast service. Support spring broke Saturday 4pm. Found Precision on line with good quality reviews. Had a courteous repairman here 8:30am Sunday morning. Replaced broken spring and other old spring in 30 minutes. I recommend this company.

We had Faber Velasquez work with installing and designing our today 3/8/21. We could not have asked for a better person to this, he paid so much attention to detail, worked hard and long. the garage doors were done to perfection and they are gorgeous. They are very accommodating. I had to change my appointment at the last minute because of a family emergency. I got one the next day. Thomas was excellent. He came ahead of time ! Explained everything and finished in a timely fashion. Excellent company and service!

Weekend service; Livingston area; have seen your service trucks in my area. Tom was professional, personable, timely, and efficient. He installed a new motor, new springs and cables, new touch pads and explained everything clearly. Especially made sure that everything was in perfect working order before leaving.

I just did a garage door repair on one of my doors. Technician said I needed to replace all the hardware, but didn't need to replace the doors which could be sanded down & re-painted at a later date. It was still more expensive than I was expecting, but technician was prompt and explained what needed to be done.

John did an outstanding job replacing our defective opener. He called ahead twice to let us know when he would arrive. He listened carefully about the issue we were having and explained the problem clearly. He then offered options for its replacement and explained each one so we knew exactly what we would be getting. John then worked quickly, smoothly and professionally to install the new system.
