I woke up to the garage door not working and both our cars were stuck inside. I saw your company on Google and your reviews were amazing. The repair men were there quickly (especially that it was a holiday weekend) and fixed the problem. Very nice and knowledgeable. A perfect 10!

Dave was an awesome guy. He was here early and explained everything. He worked patiently during heavy rain and a thunderstorm. He checked everything out , gave me my options, and installed a new opener. I lucked out a coupon came in the mail the day before so I saved some money. Dave was one of the most polite and courteous technicians I’ve had. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Fast service. Support spring broke Saturday 4pm. Found Precision on line with good quality reviews. Had a courteous repairman here 8:30am Sunday morning. Replaced broken spring and other old spring in 30 minutes. I recommend this company.

We had Faber Velasquez work with installing and designing our today 3/8/21. We could not have asked for a better person to this, he paid so much attention to detail, worked hard and long. the garage doors were done to perfection and they are gorgeous. They are very accommodating. I had to change my appointment at the last minute because of a family emergency. I got one the next day. Thomas was excellent. He came ahead of time ! Explained everything and finished in a timely fashion. Excellent company and service!

Weekend service; Livingston area; have seen your service trucks in my area. Tom was professional, personable, timely, and efficient. I just did a garage door repair on one of my doors. Technician said I needed to replace all the hardware, but didn't need to replace the doors which could be sanded down & re-painted at a later date. It was still more expensive than I was expecting, but technician was prompt and explained what needed to be done.
