Contacting them, dealing with office person via telephone and getting a technician to my home was super easy. Luke, the technician, was so kind, patient, friendly and professional! He installed a new motor and opener for my very old garage door system. it was not an easy job but he did it and was done in a short amount of time considering the circumstances!
