Precision garage door is in my opinion a top-notch company that has proved itself to be the best at what they do . Our garage door needed some adjustments and Brian showed up right on time as a matter fact way ahead of schedule to do the job .. He is a gentleman and a professional I did the job perfectly , I would recommend precision garage door to my family and friends without any doubt ... The mark of a good company is how they correct issues or problems if the arise. I had some issues with a garage door spring repair, and once I communicated these issues to the company, I received a phone call from the owner Doug, and a call from the manager, Bob. My concerns were handled professionally & quickly, leading to a very acceptable outcome. I am quite happy at how attentive the management, and technicians, were to my concerns. Thanks for addressing things so fast.

The two men who responded to my home to repair my garage door, which had jammed against a box wedged into the ceiling and jumped off the track, were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. They assessed the problem, told me the cost up front, and quickly repaired the door. Then they checked their work, opening and closing the door several times to make sure everything worked smoothly. When would a vendor call you twice to let you know where within the window of your appointment he would be dropping by?
