We made a call for service on a Saturday, and the Precision office very helpfully scheduled our appointment for the next day and kept us informed of the technician' s schedule and arrival time. The technician, Charlie Baldissard, diagnosed our problem (broken lock mechanism), repaired/ replaced the parts, inspected the entire overhead door for any needed maintenance, and advised us of possible upgrades. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. My compliments to the entire Precision Team, particularly Charlie.

I had a big problem with my garage door today. It opened, but then would not close. It was already mid afternoon and I was afraid no one would be available. I couldn’t leave the door opened and I won’t park my car on the street. The woman who answered my call was very nice and assured me I would get help today. Ethan arrived within the hour and he explained everything in detail and assured me it would be fixed today. He was pleasant and did great work! I totally recommend him and Precision!!

Quick and professional. My tech was Louis and he was great. He greeted me explaining he was staying back to be Covid safe. He had a mask and gloves. He inspected everything with me explaining everything and then explained what parts were needed and why. He worked quickly, neatly and was professional the whole time.

We needed a new entry keypad and I had a Valpak coupon. I was very pleased to see the email prepping me for the technician who would be servicing the keypad. When Brandon showed up, I got more than I expected. He is a very good serviceman, salesman and instructor. My brother always made sure I watched when he worked on my car. When Brandon started pointing things out to me about my garage door and explaining things, I felt like I was listening to my brother! I felt very confident in Brandon's skills and was pleased to have called Precision.

Although the service technician was pleasant, I found the service/product pricey and was not given many options for my garage door opener. Technician guided me well, but I think, I could be settled for the less money I paid here given I was told by customer service that if needed opener can be replace somewhere in 400s.
