My issues were fixed (bought new springs, rollers, and cables) and my garage door closes with quiet ease and perfect balance. Everything was explained well and the work was done in a timely manner. Super easy to make appointment, they accommodated my work schedule timing perfectly. Our technician Kevin N arrived during a 20degree snowstorm, completed the assessment and actual work of replacing the 24 year old opener and door "working hardware" cheerfully, competently, and efficiently; despite the weather we could see he was very thorough. Very professional and polite, I highly recommend Kevin N as well as Precision of NJ! Will be posting an additional recommendation on Angie's List. Thanks Precision, my 83 year old Dad no longer has to play games with a finicky garage!
