I'll put it this way, price was right, door was of high quality and exactly what we wanted; installation was quick and fault free; installer was quick and pleasant to converse with and we couldn't be happier. Very professional and met all of our expectations. Fred was exceptionally courteous and he got the door done fast - you should have more of his type as he is super. All done on a 15 degree day.

Very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Service! Was able to get an appointment right away for a tech to come out to repair our garage door. Our technician Xavi Ramirez arrived promptly, was very courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I used Precision Garage Door Service because I knew they were local and did good work. I needed a new garage door opener with a battery back up due to increasing frequency of brown outs at my condo. The technician also diagnosed some issues with a spring, roller and the cables, so I opted in for the best garage door opener they had and replacement of parts that needed it to head off any future problems. The tech had everything needed on his truck and all work was done in 1.5 hours. Money very well spent.

Precision Garage Door Service accommodated my schedule with regard to the appointment and were very informative about the process. My assigned technician, Ryan, contacted me before my appointment to keep me posted about his progress at scheduled service appointments prior to mine. He arrived within the promised window of time and listened carefully to my description of the problem. He identified the probable issue after some quick troubleshooting and verified it with some testing. He offered me both a short term and long term solution and was honest about the best way to go. He was prepared, worked diligently and was very knowledgeable. When he was done, he tested everything in my presence to ensure I was satisfied with the finished product. He educated me about how the garage door system should work throughout the visit and made me aware of the things I could be doing to keep things working smoothly. I would highly recommend both Ryan and Precision.

Hi - I called you because the company that installed my doors and openers did not respond after multiple attempts. You had sent an advertisement in a marketing envelope so I kept the piece of paper. Tech was fantastic. Gave me a call ahead and was able to offer me an earlier slot due to a cancellation. Very helpful for my schedule. Let me know when he was on his way. Took care of the issue quickly. I would definitely recommend to others.

I have 2 o.h. Garage doors and finally switched to Precision service . They have new trucks fully stocked no ordering. Their mechanics are well trained and dressed no hard sell .They have everything on an I pad which shows you the part and price which they send you an invoice right there . I highly recommend this company for all your residential and commercial service.
