As a follow up to the installation two days ago, I tried to set up the wireless keypad, and it did not work. Also having difficulty with the app on my phone. Called for support but was told can’t assist over the phone. Asked if someone could come over today and person said no. Not coming until Saturday to address something that probably would not take too long to resolve.

I used Precision Garage Door Service because I knew they were local and did good work. I needed a new garage door opener with a battery back up due to increasing frequency of brown outs at my condo. The technician also diagnosed some issues with a spring, roller and the cables, so I opted in for the best garage door opener they had and replacement of parts that needed it to head off any future problems. The tech had everything needed on his truck and all work was done in 1.5 hours. Money very well spent.

My assigned technician, Ryan, contacted me before my appointment to keep me posted about his progress at scheduled service appointments prior to mine. He arrived within the promised window of time and listened carefully to my description of the problem. He identified the probable issue after some quick troubleshooting and verified it with some testing. He offered me both a short term and long term solution and was honest about the best way to go. He was prepared, worked diligently and was very knowledgeable. When he was done, he tested everything in my presence to ensure I was satisfied with the finished product. He educated me about how the garage door system should work throughout the visit and made me aware of the things I could be doing to keep things working smoothly.
