I had called Precision Overhead Garage Door yesterday to service my overhead garage opener because it was making a noise when opening/shutting it. I was happy that I could get an appointment so soon -- this morning, because I feared the door might collapse, etc. David Paz was the service man who came this morning, and he was able to not only do the routine servicing, but was able to detect and solve my problem. He was very understanding of my concern-- to him a BIG thankyou.

The technician came to my house early, which normally would be great but when they called to ask me about this I said I would be on a work call and it wouldn’t work for me. The technician was rude- and quoted me an outrageous number and was justifying it. Since it was right before Christmas I needed it fixed I agreed. Then after the work was completed the invoice made zero sense- I have called the main office multiple times. Twice I was told someone would call me back to discuss the matter and NO one has called. I would never recommend this company and recommend you stay away from them.

This is the second time I had to contact your company to take care of a malfunction with my automatic garage door system. In both instances, your company was able to bring a qualified technician who explained all of my options and performed the work I had authorized in expert fashion. Brandon was the technician this time around and he was awesome. While I could have gotten cheaper repairs from another company, the combination of customer service and quality parts/workmanship offered by your company is hard to beat. Now I have the quietest and the most "state of the art"" garage door opening system in the neighborhood. Thanks!

Let me say that the service was great. Technician Lou was a complete professional. On a bitterly cold day he completely rebuilt my garage door, installing new sprigs, cables, and rollers. Despite the cold, he worked for several hours until the job was perfect. Very professional

The customer service rep. on the phone was terrific and the service technicians who came to the house to make the required repairs arrived at the requested time and did exactly what they said they would do. The only issue that came up was the warranty, which I was informed was 90 days but I had to request the paperwork for that. The technicians were otherwise respectful, informative, clean and did their work in what I observed to be a reasonably prompt and competent manner. Your company charges a bit more for repairs than the last contractor we utilized 3 years ago, but the service was terrific and your company was able to accommodate my very busy schedule, which I sincerely appreciate. You might find someone cheaper, but not better, from my viewpoint.
