David was not only polite and personable, but explained all parts of my original garage door opening system and got to the root of the problem with immediate efficiency. There was no “upsale” to replace what was still functioning and the conclusion to replace what no longer worked, with price point choices, made decisions easy. Work was completed quickly, after which operating instructions were reviewed by David with me, in addition to providing the usual manufacturer’s product manual. The garage was also left in pristine condition with all installation debris removed. What a treat to experience prompt, pleasant and skilled service from David and Precision!
