I have been dealing with Precision for close to 20 years now and they always come through. I have recommended them to a number of my neighbors who are also very satisfied with the service they provide. They were able to schedule an appointment the next day after I called and were able to install a new opener (because the motor went on my old one) within 1.5 hrs after arriving. Tommy S. was my repair technician and he did a great job of finding the problem, providing me with different options, inspecting and tuning up all the parts of the garage door/system, then setting the new opener with remotes, codes, etc. with me. I highly recommend them!

Very fast response and very professional service. I had a broken garage door spring and booked an appointment online at 10:00 pm the night before. The next morning Xavier showed up at 8:30 am. He was very knowledgeable and handy and replaced both springs and pulleys within one hour. The only surprise is the price of the springs ($400 each) and I paid $1800+ total for part cost and labor.

06/28/17-I had a garage door repair done at my home by Tim Rainey of Precision. He was on time, very courteous, very conscientious and very professional. He had the garage door rolling up and down better than it ever did. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and why I needed two replacement parts. It was a pleasure doing business with a company whose office staff was also courteous and caring. The whole experience gets a 5-star rating. The initial call was handled professionally. The technician, Erik, had a question about the work to be performed and called while he was still at the warehouse so that he could make sure that he had all the parts required for the job. He did and showed up about 30 minutes later. He explained the work to be done quoted a cost, which was fair and proceeded to do the repair. Everything was clean and neat when he left.

My serviceman was Eric and he couldn't have been nicer, explaining everything and installing new motor, sensors, garage wall pad, keypad, remotes, etc. in a very short time. I first learned about Precision Door from your you tube video about lubricating the door parts with lithium spray. The video was very helpful. When I looked further at my door I realized my cable was frayed and in danger of breaking!!! I then called your office for an appointment. I was set up for service the next day (today). When the technician Chris arrived he confirmed my thoughts about the cable. He then explained to me my options, and I decided to have the rebuild of the door done. Chris explained in detail why it was the best approach to take. Chris was VERY, VERY, professional, and did a fantastic job. It is a pleasure to have technicians do work in your home that have this attitude. I give Precision, and Chris five stars!!!!!!!!
