Matthew was great. Repair took longer than anticipated but Matthew didn’t complain and completed the job as promised. He even spent several minutes to help shovel my driveway due to the ice. He was easy to talk to, pleasant and answered all my questions.

Making an appointment with Precision Door to repair or replace my garage door opener was quick and easy. I called on Tuesday and was scheduled for an appointment on Wednesday. Matthew, the technician, called before the appointment time and was able to come earlier than expected. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He looked at the existing opener which was more than 25 years old and explained the costs of trying to repair it versus replacing it. After I made the easy decision to replace it, he took time to understand how often I used the opener and discussed the three available models with me to help me determine which one best fit my needs. He installed the selected model quickly and efficiently and demonstrated the use of the indoor and outdoor keypads and the remote. I am 100% satisfied with service performed and the new opener and would recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs garage doors (I had mine replaced by Precision Door several years ago and they still look beautiful) and/or openers.

Charles Gripenburg was our technician on January 12. He was scheduled to come between 4-8, and called around 3:40 to let us know he was on his way. He arrived promptly at 4:00. Charles was very polite and was able to assess our problem quickly. Unfortunately, we needed to replace our motor, but at no time did he pressure us. He showed us the problem and clearly explained our options. He was able to replace the motor right then. Not only did he program the 2 remotes and keypad for that door, he also programmed our other door (which Precision replaced for us almost 8 years ago) onto the 2 remotes as well. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he gave us the bill. Charles is fabulous, and we highly recommend him!!

The springs, cables and rollers on my garage door were old and damaged. The technician (Luke) showed up when he said he would, performed the work in the time he said it would take and was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Met with Glenn G to discuss purchase and installation of two garage doors. Glenn was on time and very knowledgeable about the product. I purchased the top-of-the-line Distinct 320 Series doors and they were installed by Jason P. who proved to be a real craftsmen. He was on time and did a super job installing the doors. Two weeks later, I called Precision requesting an adjustment to the doors because I don't use an automatic opener and my wife who has arthritis in her wrists was finding it difficult to open the doors. I also mentioned it would be more convenient to have the same lock on each door requiring one key instead of two. An appointment was scheduled and Dave arrived on time. He replaced the two different locks with matching locks (requiring only one key) and adjusted the doors to make it easier to unlock and open the doors. Dave had my wife test the doors and she was able to unlock and open the doors with ease. Great job! Precision Door Service has a very professional and knowledgeable staff and I highly recommend their products and services.
