I had 3 garage doors and 3 openers installed , they were installed to perfection, Ken and his co worker did an excellent job , no mess to clean up after they were done, they were respectful, courteous, and explained everything I needed to know, it was professionalism at its best , they come highly recommended if i could give 10 stars I would , thank you guys great job

I couldn't be more pleased. Kevin, the technician, arrived exactly at the estimated time, was pleasant and courteous and totally honest about the issues with my door. Kevin gave me several options to consider without absolutely no pressure. The repair took a fraction of the time I anticipated and the door is now working beautifully. No one likes to spend money on these kinds of things but I feel that my money was well spent in this case. I will certainly recommend Precision- and Kevin S in particular.

I must say that your technician,Rob Z,was not only capable but informative. He took the time to illustrate exactly what happened when the lightning struck nearby and the damage caused. Broke my spring cable in garage door opener. Easy to make appointment. Came same day. Brian quotes me 3 prices. Lowest was 950 dollars. I said ok let me see if I want to do this. It’s alot more then I expected I had the entire system installed for that price and thought it was too high. Brian made me very uncomfortable with his attitude change when I told him in would let him know. He was with an attitude making comments like you don’t want me to fix this while I’m here? And then said how are you going to get your car out? Then he said ok i will grab my ladder and go. And as he left he said good luck with it. First it’s very easy to open a garage door without using the opener they have a pull cord for a reason. But the most disappointed issue was I bought the cables and springs for less then 50 dollars and it took me an hr to fix it. I don’t do this for a living so not sure why it’s 900 in labor an hr. So for that reason I give my experience a 2 star rating
