Dealing with Precision Door was a great experience. My initial phone conversation was with Brittany who scheduled my appointment and the timeframe worked perfectly for my day. What a delight speaking with her. Shortly afterwards David B called to say he'd be arriving shortly. David was terrific in explaining the options available to repair the garage door. He courteously and patiently answered all questions and walked me through what the repair would entail. He completed the repairs (spring, cables, pulley, brackets and more) and even showed me how to lubricate the door/hinges going forward. Brian Hallock did an excellent job. He called as requested 30 mins before his arrival which gave me time to leave work and meet him. He was speedy and efficient and done in half an hour. Great worker, pleasant, polite and efficient.

Please dont push people to buy services that they don't need, I can certainly feel for the technician since its probably his job to bring bag of $$$$ back to you and he try his best to oversell, not a good business practice in my book.

Michael X Schumacher - He was great, he showed up within a few hours after our initial call. He gave us different options for us to decide on: install new springs that could handle the correct weight of the doors or install new garage doors. Our garage doors are 26 years old and beat up, so this made the decision pretty easy for us, new garage doors. He even fixed the problem, so we can use the garage door until our new doors are installed. We cannot wait!

Lou ensured that he was fully prepared to complete the service job before coming out. He inquired what the issue was to ensure he had all the right supplies available. This was greatly appreciated. By being fully prepared it allowed him to complete the job within said time frame and not have to come back another day with the right equipment. He cleaned up after the job was done. Was informative and communicated each step very clearly. He was professional and courteous at all times.

Because of a previous positive experience with Precision, I called them again when a metal part attached to the bottom of the door and to the torsion cables tore and the door could no longer open or close. The technician, Ron, arrived when he said he would in our phone conversation. After evaluating the situation, Ron clearly explained the various options and costs. I chose a more comprehensive solution which could save money over the long term. Ron fixed the problem efficiently, while agreeably fielding questions as I watched. He discovered the original cause of the problem - incorrect installation by the builder. I strongly recommend this service.
