I ordered and paid deposit almost a month ago. But nobody tell me when the door will be deliver and install. I sent e-mail two times. But nobody reply. And I called office. But staff just tell me that somebody will call me back. I still have been waiting when we can receive it.

Pete was the service technician and it was a delight to have him check the door. He was totally thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was pleasant to talk with, very professional and courteous and took his time to check the door and all its moving parts.
