I was impressed by Rob, such a friendly guy that promptly assessed the state of my Garage Door and provided clear guidance on what was needed to make it work like new. He did a neat job fixing it and even provide guidance on the regular maintenance steps and suggested future improvements in the longer term. No doubt i will call them again to do the improvement in the future.

First time using Precision and we couldn't be happier. Alan, the service rep, was on time and communicative throughout the whole process. Our garage door spring was broken and he made us feel comfortable in knowing that the issue would be fixed the same day! The service was so great that we ended up just choosing long term comprehensive repair because Alan made us feel comfortable in knowing that our garage would be operational same day. Gedas arrived on time and immediately began to walk me through an assessment of my mother’s garage door system. His explanations were clear and concise. He was patient with our questions, quick with installations and repairs, and left mom with a beautifully functioning, essential door! Wonderful service! We can’t recommend him enough!

Wilbur Bucardo was so great! He was very friendly and did an amazing job with the installation of our garage door. We are so pleased with the work done. He explained everything to us and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I would recommend him to anyone! Tammy was also amazing in the process as well. She was so kind and friendly and explained everything to us and what to expect. Precision is a great trustworthy company and got our job done so fast.

Xavi was awesome I could not be happier or ask for more! My garage door was damaged by a construction crew working at my house. I ordered and paid deposit almost a month ago. But nobody tell me when the door will be deliver and install. I sent e-mail two times. But nobody reply. And I called office. But staff just tell me that somebody will call me back. I still have been waiting when we can receive it.

I had my automatic garage door installed in 1998 and never had a problem with it to date. I thought it was time to have it checked out. Pete was the service technician and it was a delight to have him check the door. He was totally thorough and explained everything he was doing. He was pleasant to talk with, very professional and courteous and took his time to check the door and all its moving parts. Expectations were totally exceeded as I did not expect such a professional service. Even the truck was clean and quiet. Thank you Precision Door. I will recommend your company without any concern of a customer being dissatisfied.

Great service! I called one day, late in the afternoon, and had a service call the next day---and ours wasn't an emergency call. Andrew called before he came, came in the time he said he would be there, and installed a new door opener quickly and neatly. He explained the reason why our old one was broken, and discussed all alternatives without pressuring us. Would definitely recommend Precision again.
