Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did an outstanding job of repairing our garage door today. Booking the service visit was easy. We called their Bergen County phone line, spoke to a representative and had the same morning appointment scheduled within 5 minutes. Charlie , their technician, arrived on time, having called a half hour before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Charlie evaluated the condition of the garage door mechanism and within 15 minutes presented me with three options to solve the issue. We chose the repair option that made most sense for us. Within an hour and 15 minutes that garage door was working perfectly. Precision is the company to call if you want world class service for garage door repairs. I recommend them without reservation. And special kudos to Charlie. He was an terrific professional who delivered with excellence.

I had my Precision door installed in October 2023. Preferred Management recommended you. My problem for this visit was that the door would not close. I had bumped into the sensor on the one side and that knocked it out of alignment. I was very pleased with Luke Stachura who was the serviceman who came. He explained everything that needed to be done. Also did a maintenance go-over. Now my door is in perfect working order again.

What a great service. From the estimate to the installation, a pleasure dealing with Precision. The text message alerts letting me know when you were coming to the emails to confirming dates, were all great. Due to Covid and the supply chain issues, I was told upfront, the timing would be about 16 weeks to get the doors installed. It ended up taking 8 weeks. The installers were here on time. All their work was clean and precise. They cleaned up and took away the old doors and motors. Replaced the doors in no time and they work and look amazing. They walked me through the app install for the openers and set up the keypad codes as well. They left me with beautiful new doors, fully explained operation and a clean garage. Amazing.... I will recommend your company to all my friends and family. Thank you!
