I found Precision because of a newspaper ad in The Star Ledger and a Money Mailer coupon. Your scheduling was prompt and the technician, Ferdinand K. was both personable and professional. He took time to explain our various options and costs and his installation was quick, efficient and neat. Taking the old opener away for no extra charge was an added bonus. Ferdinand was a pleasure to have at our home. I would recommend your company and especially this technician to friends and neighbors with confidence.

Ryan M. was fantastic from the word go! I loved the introduction text and email that introduced him prior to arriving at my home. He was polite, friendly and patient with me and all of my questions! He installed a new garage door opener and my garage door had a complete overhaul basically replacing every possible part on the door. Ryan explained everything in great detail and he was extremely knowledgeable. We need to have the same service performed on our other garage door and I will schedule this with Ryan M. at a later date. This process is costly and I almost postponed the whole thing but Ryan M. suggested that I maybe just do the one door now and do the other one another time. I trusted his advice and was so impressed with his expertise and I am so glad I did! I can’t imagine any other company delivering this type of result so it’s well worth the money!! I chose the belt driven opener because Ryan M. explained the benefits of the quieter belt driven model. My garage is right below my bedroom and with everyone in and out at different times of day and night, the door opening would wake us up. Not anymore! It’s life changing. Thank you Ryan M. and Precision Door! We will see you again soon for the other door!

Sam V and his partner did an outstanding job installing my new garage door. They were both very professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently. After the door was installed, they anticipated as well as answered all of my questions thoroughly - it has been a few years since I have had such amazing customer service! Ryan was professional and informed me every step of the way. Ryan called me prior to arriving and even offered to get me a cup of coffee as he was stopping at Dunkin. Thoughtful man and the only contractor I ever hired that offered to get me a coffee. Based on my options for repair a new door was the way to go.

Our technician did an absolutely excellent job!! He was extremely knowledgeable and He repaired our door quickly and now it is so quiet. It operates so smoothly now. We are so thankful and will be recommending Prevision to our family and friends. We also loved that we received email and text alerts advising us of exactly who was coming to our home and when he was expected to arrive. I wish ALL companies delivered this level of exceptional customer service but unfortunately it is very rare. Thx again Precision for a job well done and then some!!!!

Rob came out and did and excellent job repairing both doors for us. He showed up on time, was polite and courteous, explained what was wrong and showed me a variety of options to resolve the problem.
