I was in the market for a garage door opener and a garage door. Precision advertised on TV, online, and in print as did several other companies. I researched reviews, BBB and spoke to individuals and narrowed my field to two companies. Precision was easy to contact and scheduled an appointment the same day. When my tech, Luigi, visited my home, I was sold! He answered all my questions and I felt confident that I would get the product I was looking for, that it would be installed correctly and that I would have a superior warranty if something went wrong. I signed a contract the same day. I can’t wait for my new door and door opener!

Technician, Joshua, was extremely professional and proficient. We were very pleased with his service. On the downside, I cannot say the same for the office staff. This is the reason for 3 star rating instead of 5. Immediately after I made the appt., rec'd email stating tech would arrive between 10 and 12. Day before the appt. rec'd another reminder: between 10 and 12. When there was no word by 12:15, I called. The rep argued with me about the time (did not bother to check the emails) and neither apologized for or explained the delay. Very uninterested attitude. Eventually said she would call the tech, who would then call me with an update. I don't believe she did this, as no one called back. At 1:15 I called again, but could not get through. There was just music, a song about your great service!! After several tries, I called the toll free number. Music again, but at least this time, there was a recorded message attached to it. Call was answered by another rep., much politer than the first, who again stated she would contact the tech, who would then contact me. He did call back almost immediately and arrived shortly. His good service was tarnished by the office representative.

I am extremely happy with the service and professional manner of the Precision team. The consultation and installation/service were prompt and executed thoroughly and without incident. I have had my new garage door and opener for about 3 weeks now so I can't give a long term review of product but thus far everything looks and works great. Pricing was fair and better than other quotes I received from other companies. Our installer did an excellent job, and was hardworking and very helpful. On July 25, 2016 Lou R. from precision garage door company came to repair my garage door. After looking at the door Lou presented several options in a very professional and knowledgeable way. We had a very positive experience with him, unbelievably friendly and very honest, he never put any pressure on us and that is what's best as far as I'm concerned. He put a new motor and changed all that was needed to be changed. What a friendly positive, polite, amazing man to have come to my house and help us out. He deserves 15 stars in diamonds. Brian was very considerate, he called me even before my appt time and a heads up to approximately what time he will get to me. Eventhough I know nothing about the mechanism at all, Brian was very patience in explaining all the tech stuff and making sure that I know what is needed for my garage door to start working. He was pretty quick and efficient at his work and my garage door has been working perfectly since the installations of all the mechanism that is needed.
