The work was done within the timeframe he estimated. He was a nice guy (courteous and professional). I was also pleased that there was primer coat of paint on it in the correct color. The only thing that was different than the previous door was that the windows are not at the top level but at the next to top level. I can live with that.

We have an older, heavy (400lb) 2-car garage door. We had it serviced a few years ago by someone else but it still made a lot of noise and didn't run smoothly. So after reading quite a few reviews we decided to call Precision...and we're so glad we did. Tommy came out, all masked up, and inspected everything and showed us where the cables were off track and showed us how out of balance the door was. He set to work replacing all the hardware (cables, rollers, springs) and a few hours later we had a well balanced smoothly running garage door. And the final price was even lower than his initial estimate! Excellent service. Highly recommend them.

Wilmer Bucardo responded to a request for servicing a problematic plastic shield that wouldn't close securely. He arrived right on time, brought with him the correct replacement part, was perfectly polite and professional and met all of the COVID procedures. He not only replaced the part but also gave me a good tip on how to close the shield going forward.

Five stars are not enough, I would give you 10 if at all possible! Outstanding customer service from the get go. Your technician showed up on time and he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He performed a very thorough inspection of my garage door, shot pictures of several parts and once finished he clearly explained to me the different options I had to fix the problem. Then he did his job in a methodical, detailed manner and left everything behind him just impeccable. You should be proud of having John in your team, he is an excellent ambassador who clearly conveys your company's professionalism and values.
