Lou was here early and went over the work to be done and described our options clearly so we could understand. We made our choice and he did the job. Everything looked perfect and both doors worked very quietly. We are very satisfied with the job and I did not hesitate to give Lou the 5 stars. My wife says he needs more than 5 stars!

Definitely 5 star rating for Luigi and Ryan. They arrived on time, evaluated my garage door and opener, and explained to me clearly what needed to be done. They also described potential future options. Luigi and Ryan were able to fix the door in about 1 and 1/2 hour. They were helpful and professional. I would call them in the future and recommend them.

Doug, I was so pleased with Tim's knowledge and customer service, he knew everything possible about motors, doors and everything else there is to know about garage doors. Tim explained the pros and cons of replacing the motor vs just fixing it since we plan to change the doors in a couple of weeks, it was a no brainer. I do hope all your Technicians are as knowledgable and have the great customer service that Tim did, you will have extremely happy customers. I will be calling Theresa tomorrow to order the doors.
