I called on a late Friday afternoon for a possible same day appointment for a repair job and Sarah in customer service was prompt, courteous and professional in accommodating my request. Gedas, the technician, was equally courteous and professional. Further more, he was thorough in his work and completed the job well beyond my expectations. Thank you both for wonderful experience.

Very nice and knowledgeable service people. I have used them for both repairs and new installation. The lead time for the new door delivery process could have been faster, but once the doors arrived they installed them quickly.

Came the next day. Reprogrammed my opener that was failing and hopefully it fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, I will have to get a new opener.
