First of all, your technician ( Tyler) was very knowledgeable and friendly and did all he could to solve our issue. Unfortunately the cost of adjusting my track to better accommodate my brand new garage opener was so high, that I’ll need to look elsewhere. The cost should have been half what I was quoted and that’s disappointing because I felt this was the right company to turn to. Again, no fault of Tyler. Thank you for allowing me feedback in this review.

John and the precison team did an excellent job in repairing our garage door and setting up the remote access. Setting up the two appointments was easy, they communicated well, arrived on time, and were extremely professional. John provided several repair and replace options and expert guidance. He went above and beyond to ensure our older garage door was fixed properly and sealed at the bottom. He also helped troubleshoot the remote connections that weren't working properly. Jackson showed up on time for the garage door apnmt. He went over my options and provided written estimates as I requested. My overall experience was pretty good. I'm still in the process of colecting several more quotes and should make final decision either by the end of this week or earlier next week on whom gets to replace my garage door.

I have used Precision Door Service previously and they always show up on time and do a professional job. I had a tech named Lou Rowek who really helped me understand the problems with my garage doors and he had a trainee Matt who was very intelligent as well. They worked together as a team and were very knowledgeable and had me test everything before they left. You just had the feeling of professionalism from the moment they arrived which is the service and support I am used to from Precision Door Service. I would highly recommend Precision when you have garage door issues. Ask for Lou or Matt and you will be happy you did if you can wait for their availability.

I would recommend your company to anybody. I give you 5*. You are coming on Saturday and Sunday-very convenient for somebody who works weekdays. Always in time, polite, doing good job.
