John and the precison team did an excellent job in repairing our garage door and setting up the remote access. Setting up the two appointments was easy, they communicated well, arrived on time, and were extremely professional. John provided several repair and replace options and expert guidance. He went above and beyond to ensure our older garage door was fixed properly and sealed at the bottom. He also helped troubleshoot the remote connections that weren't working properly. I am very happy with my garage doors. Our Salesman Damien was great. He was very helpful in making our decision on what doors to purchase. We had other estimates but we were very impressed with Damien and how he represented Precision Doors. Our door installer, Marc, did a great job and he was very friendly and also was very patient with me when I had questions. I would highly recommend Precision Doors.

I have used Precision Door Service previously and they always show up on time and do a professional job. I had a tech named Lou Rowek who really helped me understand the problems with my garage doors and he had a trainee Matt who was very intelligent as well. They worked together as a team and were very knowledgeable and had me test everything before they left. You just had the feeling of professionalism from the moment they arrived which is the service and support I am used to from Precision Door Service. I would highly recommend Precision when you have garage door issues. Ask for Lou or Matt and you will be happy you did if you can wait for their availability.
