A couple of years ago, I used Precision to install a garage door opener on one of the garage doors. The technician did an excellent job, so in 2025, I wanted them to work on my second garage door. I called overhead to come out and look at my garage door and they said they couldn’t fix it and needed a whole new door. I called Precision and they had my garage door opened and fixed in 30 mins. Chris was awesome, he saw the issue, troubleshooted and resolved it. I won’t be calling overhead anymore, thank you Chris and Precision!

I saw ad on internet and I called them. They were very prompt. The repairman was very polite and courteous. He explained to me what was wrong with my door and that I needed a new one. He shied and explained all the damages. I told him I am a senior citizen and righ now I cannot affords a new door but when I am able I will use his company. He was very pleasant and not pushy.

I had the service on 9/6/18. I received several contacts both email and texts reminding of the appointment. The repairman also called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Upon his arrival, he listened to my concern and was very polite. The work was completed in about 40 minutes and the price was fair for the level of service that was received. I am very pleased and will use them again.

I'm sorry for not responding sooner, the two technicians were very professional explained exactly what they were going to do, and completeled their job in a timely fashion. Once they were finished, they made sure I was satifised with their work, asked if I had any questions,opened and closed the door a few times to make sure I saw it fuctioned propertly." Plus they did an excellent clean-up job......." I would refer and use your company again.Also the salesman that came,was professional, answered all my questions, and was understanding to what my goal was and my price range. He would be an asset to any company.
