I google reviewed Precision as well. My friend and neighbor recommended them to me. The ladies who set the appointment up couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A specific technician, Alan Ramirez was recommended to me. He was phenomenal. Precision sent me remiinders for the appointment and kept me totally up to date as to when Alan would arrive. Alan diagnosed my issue and gave me different price options to resolve it. He then worked very hard for over an hour and installed a new motor, sensors, and key pads. He explained everything and helped me set up an app for it. The price was extremely reasonable. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

Precision is a top notch company. From my 1st phone call -- friendly and courteous. Kept me informed when technician would arrive. Sent a bio of tech with a picture. Charlie was amazing. He even asked if I wanted him to remove his shoes before entering my home ! Gave me options for repairs needed with prices. Helped me to make a decision to best fit my needs. Louis repaired the broken torsion spring and did a fantastic job. Price was quoted before any work was performed and he applied the half off service fee coupon which was better than the senior citizen discount coupon. We were informed multiple times by the office and the technician on when Louis was going to be at the house prior to him arriving. It was the first time using this company and I would recommend them to anyone we know. Great experience.
