I called Precision immediately when our garage door did not open. My husband and I had been using Precision for many years for repairs and installation of new doors. Today we were serviced by one of their best CHARLIE who realigned us and batteries lightbulbs and tweaking. Thank you Precision as always sending us the best. They came the next day on a Sunday

WHEN I HAD A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER PUT IN TWO YEARS AGO IT WAS THE BEST DECISSION , THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC , THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEIR WORK WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. NOW I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY KEY PAD, I CALLED TODAY AND WITHIN A FEW HOURS THEY CAME SAME DAY. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN , ETHAN TSIRULIK WAS PROMT, POLITE , AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN SHORT TIME. HE LOOKED OVER ALL THE WORKING PARTS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN GOOD ORDER AND I DID NOT EVEN ASK HIM TO DO THIS. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE THANK YOU PRECISION AND ETHAN

This company is run better than any other service company I have used! From my initial call I was treated respectfully and seriously. I was able to set up an appointment within two days of my call including on a Sunday. The appointment was confirmed well ahead of time, the repairman arrived within the window of time given, he called me en route to give me his ETA, and when he arrived he was courteous, knowledgeable, and able to fix the problem within 30 minutes!! That is a 10 rating im my book! THANK YOU!!!
