This was my second experience with Precision and just like the first, everything was excellent!!! I had a garage door opener installed last year and recently noticed the door wasn't operating as smoothly as it should. I called on a Saturday to schedule service and was very pleased they were able to come that same day. They always do exactly as they say. They give you a window for the time and when the tech is on his way he lets you know. When Luke arrived he quickly assessed the situation And assured me it would take about an hour, but he had to make some adjustments And he would have it running as smoothly As before. Also, the adjustments were because of the structure, not because of any prior work that wasn't done right. When Luke was done not only did my door go up-and-down As smooth as before, it was even quieter!!! He explained everything to me And was just absolutely friendly and professional. Thank you so much!! I have told friends and family about Precision. It's so nice to be able to call a company that values customer service & Is a pleasure to deal with!

I had Kevin as a technician to install my garage door opener. He was the most professional friendly technician I have ever met. He took his time to explain to me the difference between four different models. He allowed me to review the models and make a decision on my own as to which one I wanted. I have used Precision Garage Door a few times now and request Brandon every time I need a technician to come to my home. Brandon is knowledgeable and seems to really care about his customers. He always goes above and beyond to try to fix the problems I have had with my garage door, no matter how difficult they may seem. I had Brandon do a complete rebuild on my old, outdated garage door in August of 2012 and it has never been quieter and runs very smoothly. I highly recommend Brandon.
