That happens and it’s part of business but my technician Matt and the company’s response justifies the rating and why we moved forward with part of the work. First off, can’t speak highly enough of Matt. His communication was great, he was super personable and no high pressure sales tactics. His work was impeccable and it was clear he cares. For the company, clear they prioritize customers because I pivoted mid work and their response was to ensure work got done to my expectations and I never felt trapped despite changing my mind while work started. Clear to me the value of the company, some of the quotes misaligned with my expectations but for the work I got done the value is clear.
