I am very happy with the service! I called a bit before noon on a Friday, and was set up with an appointment the same day, with a window from noon to 4pm! Kevin Stasiak was the technician who came, and he did a thorough job at identifying issues with my door and opener, and made clear what fixes were worthwhile vs. what things could last us many more years. After giving some options for new openers, we made our decisions, and then he did the entire job in about an hour. We were putting off getting the door fixed because we thought it would take a long time, that appointments would be weeks out, etc., but we were happy to be completely wrong on that!

The workmanship ,materials and installation was excellent.the crew was very professional and explained everything before starting the job and left my garage clean after finishing the work . 5 ***** without prejudice .

Any homeowner will tell you there are people who come to solve your problem and there are people who come to "sell" you more stuff. There are repair people who's idea of "repair" is wiping a greasy rag over the equipment and handing you the bill and there are people who come and not only look at the immediate problem but upstream and downstream from it, to trace the chains of causation and the chains of effect so that things not only are fixed in the immediate but stay fixed. It is the difference between work and craftsmanship. Matt Dewald and the team at Precision are "craftsman" . Their goal is not just fix the issue but to solve the problem. I know this may sound like hyperbole but I am dead serious. I have spent the last 40 years developing systems to diagnose and repair complex equipment ranging from nuclear reactors to blowout preventers on offshore oil rigs. I have spent time with those who "claim" to know what they are doing and those that actually do. I know the real deal when I listen to how they talk and the go about their work Matt and the team at Precision are the "real deal".

I had followed your ads in the mailers I receive and finally the time came to install a new door. The experience was easy and excellent. My estimator was Mike Antonelli and installer Ferdinand Kazimov and everything they communicated to me was absolutely true. No hidden or pop up charges that appear at the end of the installation. Will definitely recommend, very good way to introduce their employees with photos and a short bio ... just a great experience. Thank you

Sean Young was great. He called to let me know when he was coming, he arrived within the time period he had advised, and was very friendly and professional. He showed me what was wrong, explained how he was going to fix it, provided an estimate, and made sure that I was happy with the finished product. While the repair was caused by an accident, he assured me that I was not the first person to have done that. He asked if I had any additional questions about the job and checked the current system to advise that I should consider getting a replacement in the near future. I will be replacing it next year and will most certainly be calling Precision to do the job and hopefully will get Sean again for that. I felt very comfortable with everyone that I dealt with from the company and highly recommend them.

Brian was our technician and we had a really good experience with the service provided. He took time to explain what the issue was and since I had a warranty with the company that installed our garages, suggested things that I should request them to update (springs, some rollers etc). Then he fixed the issue promptly and got all our garage doors functioning within no time. Will use PDS services again when needed.

His name is Luke; pleasant fellow. I paid $1400 by credit card; he installed a new motor, and replaced 2 garage door openers. I think he also installed a key pad on the outside of the garage door opener. My complaint is that the cost was an awful lot. My children were furious saying I got ripped off.
