Brian was our technician and we had a really good experience with the service provided. He took time to explain what the issue was and since I had a warranty with the company that installed our garages, suggested things that I should request them to update (springs, some rollers etc). Then he fixed the issue promptly and got all our garage doors functioning within no time. Will use PDS services again when needed.

His name is Luke; pleasant fellow. I paid $1400 by credit card; he installed a new motor, and replaced 2 garage door openers. I think he also installed a key pad on the outside of the garage door opener. My complaint is that the cost was an awful lot. My children were furious saying I got ripped off. Based on this morning’s experience at my home, I would unconditionally recommend Precision Door Service for any and all problems related to the repair of overhead garage doors. I received immediate confirmation on Saturday to my request to schedule a service call for early Monday morning, and the service technician (Matthew Dewald) was at my door by 8:30 AM. Matthew is personable, well trained and efficient. He closely inspected our door and overhead mechanism, identified the problem, proposed a solution in language I could easily understand and, after receiving my approval, completed the repair by 10:00 or thereabouts. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Precision Door Service, and specifically Matthew Dewald, for repairs or installation of overhead door units.

Sean Young was great. He called to let me know when he was coming, he arrived within the time period he had advised, and was very friendly and professional. He showed me what was wrong, explained how he was going to fix it, provided an estimate, and made sure that I was happy with the finished product. While the repair was caused by an accident, he assured me that I was not the first person to have done that. He asked if I had any additional questions about the job and checked the current system to advise that I should consider getting a replacement in the near future. I will be replacing it next year and will most certainly be calling Precision to do the job and hopefully will get Sean again for that. I felt very comfortable with everyone that I dealt with from the company and highly recommend them.
