I waited four hours for a technician who never came. When I finally reached the company after multiple calls, I learned they don't offer the service I booked. This should have been caught when scheduling. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time

Josh Orejola was the technician who provided the inspection and subsequent hardware parts that were rusting and possible ready to fail. He provided me with 4 options based on his review and we discussed the pro's and con's of each. He answered all my questions concerning my final decision. Hi,Brandon so far so good.happy with my new Garage Door.my first appointment with Mike Porta was June 28 2023 at that time I didn’t do the Garage door because technician refuse to take your coupon.this time same technician was here on july 9th 2026.over the phone he said I can’t take coupon price is already reduce. When he came home he said to me you already agreed the price so I can’t take coupon.which is not fair.

I accidentally backed my car into the opening garage door and damaged the lower panel. The door was still moving, but it required some force, so I initially thought it might be an alignment issue and scheduled an appointment with Precision Door. Setting up the appointment online was easy, and the evaluation was free. Jeff from Precision Door arrived on time and provided a thorough evaluation. He pointed out several things I had missed and, most importantly, was honest about the repair. He explained that the damaged panel should be replaced and recommended getting a replacement panel from the company that originally installed the door; otherwise, replacing the entire door would be the alternative. I really appreciated Jeff's honesty, professionalism, and willingness to give me straightforward advice rather than push me toward a more expensive replacement. Excellent experience overall. I highly recommend Jeff and Precision Door.

Precision Overhead Garage door has worked at my home two years ago and did a great job. This week an issue developed with a different garage door. I called and the receptionist was very helpful, polite and quickly scheduled an appointment the next Day. Today, technician Josh kept me informed of his arrival time and did an excellent installation and walked me through the new equipment. A very very positive experience, I highly recommend them !

Josh was wonderful called me to let me know around what time he would be arriving. Once he got here he asked what my concerns were and went from there. He explained different pricing for different services. He checked everything and then he showed me the different prices for each package. He also gave me a cash payment and senior discount. I could only afford new springs and cables today. But in the future I will replace pulleys and rollers as per his request when I'm ready. I USED TO LIVE IN NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ A FEW YEARS AGO AND YOU SERVICED MY DAD'S GARAGES AND WE WERE ALWAYS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THAT IS WHY I LOOKED YOU GUYS UP ON THE INTERNET! After reading the reviews online and on a friend's recommendation, we decided that Precision was the company to repair our garage door springs and rollers. We got an appointment the very next day and Randy the technician arrived exactly on time. Randy was extremely professional and friendly. He quickly identified the issues and within a few minutes presented us with several detailed options. Randy then got to work and within about an hour or so he had the garage door operating like a dream. Before leaving, Randy explained completely what he had done and gave me some quick maintenance tips. We are very satisfied with Precision and recommend their services.

I had Precision Garage Door replace the bottom rubber seals on my two garage doors. The technician was professional, arrived on time, and did a quality job installing the new seals. He also took the time to inspect the doors, explain a few other issues he noticed, and answered my questions without being pushy. I appreciated his knowledge and the quality of the workmanship. The only downside is the pricing. Precision’s services are definitely on the expensive side compared to other companies. While I’m satisfied with the work that was completed, I would recommend getting a few quotes beforehand if cost is an important consideration. Overall, a good experience with excellent service, but be prepared to pay a premium

I was happy to get an appointment the day after I called. The technician (Jeff) called in advance of his arrival, arrived on time, and was very polite, courteous, and professional. He knew what he was talking about and fixed the problem quickly; he checked to be sure that it was done successfully. He also clearly told me the options for additional service without feeling that he was pressuring me or pushing me to buy something that I did not need. I was happy overall and would recommend Precision for garage door service.

Our technician, Randy, was great. After I explained the problem to him, he inspected the garage door opener and the door. About ten minutes later, he provided the results of his inspection and offered a number of solutions to solve the problem. The solutions varied by quality and price, and we chose the one we believed to be the best fit. He had all of what he needed in his truck, and about 3 hours later we had a new and improved system. Randy answered all of our questions and demonstrated how to use the new system. He gave me his business card to follow up if we had any further questions or issues. I would highly recommend him and the company.

The spring on my garage door broke last night at 6:30 PM. I called immediately and the operator set up an appointment for the very next morning. The tech who came out worked with me to get my wife's car out of the garage, so she won't be late for her appointment.
