Josh was wonderful called me to let me know around what time he would be arriving. Once he got here he asked what my concerns were and went from there. He explained different pricing for different services. He checked everything and then he showed me the different prices for each package. He also gave me a cash payment and senior discount. I could only afford new springs and cables today. But in the future I will replace pulleys and rollers as per his request when I'm ready. I USED TO LIVE IN NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ A FEW YEARS AGO AND YOU SERVICED MY DAD'S GARAGES AND WE WERE ALWAYS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THAT IS WHY I LOOKED YOU GUYS UP ON THE INTERNET! After reading the reviews online and on a friend's recommendation, we decided that Precision was the company to repair our garage door springs and rollers. We got an appointment the very next day and Randy the technician arrived exactly on time. Randy was extremely professional and friendly. He quickly identified the issues and within a few minutes presented us with several detailed options. Randy then got to work and within about an hour or so he had the garage door operating like a dream. Before leaving, Randy explained completely what he had done and gave me some quick maintenance tips. We are very satisfied with Precision and recommend their services.

I had Precision Garage Door replace the bottom rubber seals on my two garage doors. The technician was professional, arrived on time, and did a quality job installing the new seals. He also took the time to inspect the doors, explain a few other issues he noticed, and answered my questions without being pushy. I appreciated his knowledge and the quality of the workmanship. The only downside is the pricing. Precision’s services are definitely on the expensive side compared to other companies. While I’m satisfied with the work that was completed, I would recommend getting a few quotes beforehand if cost is an important consideration. Overall, a good experience with excellent service, but be prepared to pay a premium

I was happy to get an appointment the day after I called. The technician (Jeff) called in advance of his arrival, arrived on time, and was very polite, courteous, and professional. He knew what he was talking about and fixed the problem quickly; he checked to be sure that it was done successfully. He also clearly told me the options for additional service without feeling that he was pressuring me or pushing me to buy something that I did not need. I was happy overall and would recommend Precision for garage door service.

Our technician, Randy, was great. After I explained the problem to him, he inspected the garage door opener and the door. About ten minutes later, he provided the results of his inspection and offered a number of solutions to solve the problem. The solutions varied by quality and price, and we chose the one we believed to be the best fit. He had all of what he needed in his truck, and about 3 hours later we had a new and improved system. Randy answered all of our questions and demonstrated how to use the new system. He gave me his business card to follow up if we had any further questions or issues. I would highly recommend him and the company.

The spring on my garage door broke last night at 6:30 PM. I called immediately and the operator set up an appointment for the very next morning. The tech who came out worked with me to get my wife's car out of the garage, so she won't be late for her appointment. Once I chose an option out of several he gave me to choose from, he did the work quickly and very professionally.

It was easy to call and schedule the service in one or two days. The arrival of the technician (Randy) was updated through text message on the service day. Randy called me when he is finishing up the previous work and arrived at the estimated time earlier today. He troubleshoot one garage door and replaced the other one in several hours.
