We had Precision replace parts on 2 garage doors nearly 10 yrs ago. One started having trouble recently along with the 3rd door we hadn’t serviced. Brian, who is personable, hard working, and efficient, researched our account and was able to replace one door’s springs and cables under warranty. He also replaced them on the other door along with new rollers at a reasonable price. We would highly recommend Brian and will request him if we need any work in the future.

I called at around 10:00 and was given a window of 12-4pm. The tech Brian showed up a few minutes before 12 Noon--most companies are not so prompt. I just moved into a new home and the garage door broke last night. Brian quickly evaluated the entire door system and all of its components. He was able to make all of the repairs and add a safety feature that was non-existent. His work was outstanding and did not take a long time to do.
