His name is Luke; pleasant fellow. I paid $1400 by credit card; he installed a new motor, and replaced 2 garage door openers. I think he also installed a key pad on the outside of the garage door opener. My complaint is that the cost was an awful lot. My children were furious saying I got ripped off. Great service. My technician, Michael was able to come early for the appointment. He was very friendly and quick to draw up multiple options for short-term and longer-term maintenance. Based on this morning’s experience at my home, I would unconditionally recommend Precision Door Service for any and all problems related to the repair of overhead garage doors. I received immediate confirmation on Saturday to my request to schedule a service call for early Monday morning, and the service technician (Matthew Dewald) was at my door by 8:30 AM. Matthew is personable, well trained and efficient. He closely inspected our door and overhead mechanism, identified the problem, proposed a solution in language I could easily understand and, after receiving my approval, completed the repair by 10:00 or thereabouts. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Precision Door Service, and specifically Matthew Dewald, for repairs or installation of overhead door units.
