If there were an extra STAR, I would give it to you! Your technicians were excellent and knew their "stuff". Both Mike and Louis were on time and made suggestions regarding how to repair my garage door, rather than replace it. Both technicians are long time employees of Precision and know the industry well. I also liked the appointment reminder text that included a photo of the Precision employee assigned to my job. For security reasons, you know who is coming to your home. I got quoted on work and price came in higher than what I could get through local providers. That happens and it’s part of business but my technician Matt and the company’s response justifies the rating and why we moved forward with part of the work. First off, can’t speak highly enough of Matt. His communication was great, he was super personable and no high pressure sales tactics. His work was impeccable and it was clear he cares. For the company, clear they prioritize customers because I pivoted mid work and their response was to ensure work got done to my expectations and I never felt trapped despite changing my mind while work started. Clear to me the value of the company, some of the quotes misaligned with my expectations but for the work I got done the value is clear.

Called late on a Friday and by early next morning a Precision tech was at my door to address my broken garage door opener. The whole experience was super positive. From the moment I called everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The technician, Jeffrey Clemente, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He walked me through all aspects of replacing the garage door opener and mechanisms. No forced selling but rather Jeff gave me a clear understanding of all options and price points. That was very much appreciated. Jeff also fully walked me through the operation of the entire the system, warranties, etc. The new device is way better than what I had and is very quiet. I will absolutely use Precision again and highly recommend them overall.

Brian was very knowledgeable- installed new opener quickly and with ease. The install price seemed a bit high though. About $1,000 to install a $450 opener which only took an hour.

Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working after overnight power outage. We tried everything but failed to make it to work. We contacted Precision and they immediately sent Matt to my house. I booked my appointment online and was immediately contacted to confirm the date and time. Precision followed up with a text message the day before the appointment, the morning of the appointment and I also received a call from the technician in the morning confirming. The technician was Matthew Dewald and he was AWESOME! He arrived early and presented himself in a very clean and professional manner. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of the system we had and quickly diagnosed our problem. After reviewing the situation, Matthew presented me with 3 options for repairs. He did not pressure me to choose one or the other and was very open and honest about what I needed now versus what could wait for later. After agreeing on what I needed, he installed the equipment in a timely manner and then spent a lot of time with me afterwards to program all of the openers and keypads. The level of service I received from Precision and especially Matthew Dewald was over and above what I expected! I highly recommend this company and specifically Matthew. Great job guys. I will definitely recommend you to my neighbors.
