What a great experience from start to finish! The website was very user-friendly. I was able to make an appointment online for 8 AM the next morning. The technician showed up right on time. I had a great experience with replacing my malfunctioning garage door opener. Matt (my garage door expert) listened to me and objectively assessed my issue with the existing opener. He diagnosed the problem after eliminating possible causes. When it was clear we needed a replacement, he also provided options which allowed me to find a choice in my price range. The installation was quick and he made sure that everything was secure. I highly recommend Precision for garage door openers and will use them again.

I am very happy with the service! I called a bit before noon on a Friday, and was set up with an appointment the same day, with a window from noon to 4pm! Kevin Stasiak was the technician who came, and he did a thorough job at identifying issues with my door and opener, and made clear what fixes were worthwhile vs. what things could last us many more years. After giving some options for new openers, we made our decisions, and then he did the entire job in about an hour. We were putting off getting the door fixed because we thought it would take a long time, that appointments would be weeks out, etc., but we were happy to be completely wrong on that!
