Safety was a concern, garage doors springs and cables are 27 yrs. old. The email from Ethan for future needs and repairs was a plus. Will definitely use Precision and Ethan in the future.

Christian, the Precision tech who serviced my garage doors, was awesome! He called me numerous times to update me on his arrival time.
