Excellent Service!! We had a problem when we woke up in the morning and we saw the Precision truck at a neighbor's house. They immediately came over to service us, and took time out of their already scheduled day to service us. They had all the supplies to fix the door and didn't use any chemicals or sprays to keep our home healthy per our request. Great team!!! 5 stars!

I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service to anyone! I called on a Sunday and they responded to my call immediately. They are so professional and friendly. The office is extremely professional. I called at 8:30 am and a technician was at our home by 11:00 am. I received communication when the technician would arrive as well as acall and text when he was on his way. Brian was our technician. He was very professional and would definitely recommend!

Precision did the installation of our Opener 10 years ago. The opener stopped working properly and required replacement or Repair so we called you since you did the original work and we had no problems in ten years. Your service person, Matthew, diagnosed the problem and fixed it without having to replace the whole opener. He was very personable, fixed the problem and treated us very respectfully. We have sold our house and it will be inspected shortly as part of the sale process. Matt suggested that we install safety cables on the doors to avoid problems during the inspection. We followed his advice. We would recommend you and Matt very highly to our new owners and any others that are looking for Garage doors. TY Matt.

I called Precision because our garage door would not close. A technician was scheduled for the next morning. Brian H called me ahead of time to let me know he was coming, plus there is a link that shows you exactly where your technician is. Great customer care! Brian was very courteous and professional in explaining the different options. He did not push to sell the most expensive one. He completed all work on time and showed what he did before leaving. Real simple. My garage door was not working correctly. It would go down and go right back up. That was the reason why I made the mistake to contact this company. Brian who came to my house told me my that my unit needed a new limit switch and also that the springs needed to be replaced. They quoted me a price of $811 for this work which took one hour at most For the record the limit switch costs about $20 on Amazon and the two springs etc coast about $30. This place fixed my problem but the total charges were excessive to say the least. My fault.

Brian Hallock was so professional and performed a detailed meticulous review of our issues. He gave us 2 proposals for our review. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service installed a new overhead garage door for me in 2013. It has worked beautifully and has just started showing its age. I called Precision to have them replace the springs and do a general check-up. Brian Hallock came this morning and performed a thorough inspection of the system. He made some recommendations for other repairs, touch-ups, with which I agreed. Brian was prompt, personable and very tolerant of my noisy Golden Retriever mix who sang him song of her barks the whole time he was here. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services.

Our garage door was hit and wouldn't stay closed using our garage door opener. We didn't know what to expect when the technician, Matt arrived to assess the situation. He was clear about the options that we had and spelled out the costs for us. Tammy,Faber and Kyle were all very courteous and professional.There was a little bit of a mixup but we were able to get it rectified. We are pretty easy going but in the end my wife is happy with her automatic door opener and I am happy with the tight seal around the door.There is a teaching lesson to be learned here.I would hope that the company,maybe during your safety meetings,allows all employees to discuss different jobs and how to make them go smoother. We are very happy with our new door and opener.Thanks

Matt was excellent. Professional and friendly. Knew his stuff and identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. He was awesome! Love the app... It let's you track your tech on the way to your house so you know exactly when they get there. The follow up from the office was on the spot. Couldn't ask for a better service.
