Based on this morning’s experience at my home, I would unconditionally recommend Precision Door Service for any and all problems related to the repair of overhead garage doors. I received immediate confirmation on Saturday to my request to schedule a service call for early Monday morning, and the service technician (Matthew Dewald) was at my door by 8:30 AM. Matthew is personable, well trained and efficient. He closely inspected our door and overhead mechanism, identified the problem, proposed a solution in language I could easily understand and, after receiving my approval, completed the repair by 10:00 or thereabouts. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Precision Door Service, and specifically Matthew Dewald, for repairs or installation of overhead door units.

The service technician on call was prompt, courteous, and effective in conducting a maintenance/safety check of our garage doors. I appreciated his tips on lubricating the doors between maintenance calls and also his discussion of the extent of the warranty we have on parts and labor.

I have been a Precision customer for many years, and have always received excellent service. I called for an appointment and was scheduled for the next morning. The technician, Brian, performed a complete inspection, explained the problems and reviewed options with me. I never felt pressured into a decision. The work I selected was performed quickly and I am very happy with the results. Brian was courteous and professional, as was his partner, Mike. I am happy to recommend Precision.
