Tammy,Faber and Kyle were all very courteous and professional.There was a little bit of a mixup but we were able to get it rectified. We are pretty easy going but in the end my wife is happy with her automatic door opener and I am happy with the tight seal around the door.There is a teaching lesson to be learned here.I would hope that the company,maybe during your safety meetings,allows all employees to discuss different jobs and how to make them go smoother. We are very happy with our new door and opener.Thanks

Outstanding in every regard. Couldn’t believe they came in a Sunday without an up charge and the person in the phone was terrific!! Our service person, Tino, called to let us know when to expect him and kept us updated. He was great!! Professional, knowledgeable, and a really personable guy! Would never think if calling anyone else!!

Matt was excellent. Professional and friendly. Knew his stuff and identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. He was awesome! Love the app... It let's you track your tech on the way to your house so you know exactly when they get there. The follow up from the office was on the spot. Couldn't ask for a better service. I wish they covered the area where I am moving to.

John was our service provider today. He was very courteous and professional. He even asked me if I’d like a cup of coffee upon arrival! John took the time to explain in detail the work that he would like to perform and gave me options of what were highly recommended fixes vs nice to do but not necessary yet. He also walked me through the set up to enable control of my garage door with my smart phone. Very pleased with the service today

Great communication on scheduling the appointment. Ryan and Alan showed up on time and gave an accurate time estimate for the work. Clearly explained the problems with our garage door components and the motor and what was needed to fix/replace them. Gave us a discount on the cost estimate and helped explain the cost involved in replacing the components. The final work was very neat and we are very happy. Ryan also explained us about what was needed to maintain (oiling etc.) the garage door. Overall a very good piece of work.
