Based on this morning’s experience at my home, I would unconditionally recommend Precision Door Service for any and all problems related to the repair of overhead garage doors. I received immediate confirmation on Saturday to my request to schedule a service call for early Monday morning, and the service technician (Matthew Dewald) was at my door by 8:30 AM. Matthew is personable, well trained and efficient. He closely inspected our door and overhead mechanism, identified the problem, proposed a solution in language I could easily understand and, after receiving my approval, completed the repair by 10:00 or thereabouts. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Precision Door Service, and specifically Matthew Dewald, for repairs or installation of overhead door units.

Christian Gutierrez from Precision Garage Doors provided us with same day service to fix our jammed 30-year-old garage door. He made it completely functional again. He was patient and a good listener who translated ideas into quotes that optimized between price and looks. Overall - EXCELLENT service! My spring broke, my opener was failing, and everything else was old so replaced springs, pulleys, cables, and opener. The technician, Jackson, was very knowledgeable and was able to complete the work in just a few hours. He was also very courteous and provided updates during the work. Great service!

Precision replaced two garage door openers, keypads and remotes. Scheduling was easy and fast. The installer (Lou) was on time. His work was superb and the job site was left clean and neat. Friendly, courteous, good people. Not cheap but a fair price. Precision is very good.
