Scott called before he was on his way. He came between the scheduled times. Scott laid out my options and performed the job in a timely manner. His truck full of parts was impressive. The technician was prefessional and helpful. He helped to fix the problems and some that we did not know. Also enough time to explain the operations. I will go with Precision any day. The promptness was superb as well even though they could not accommodate us on the same day (I was able to get teh next day) since I was bit late in the day made the call.
