Read your ad in the yellowbook. You serviced the brand of door that I have and you were 24 hour. A real person picked up the phone both times I called. Was easy to set an appointment. Scott called before he was on his way. He came between the scheduled times. Scott laid out my options and performed the job in a timely manner. His truck full of parts was impressive. I would not hesitate to use you again. Have a good day.

The technician was prefessional and helpful. He helped to fix the problems and some that we did not know. Also enough time to explain the operations. I will go with Precision any day. The promptness was superb as well even though they could not accommodate us on the same day (I was able to get teh next day) since I was bit late in the day made the call.

I appreciate that the response to my call was timely as well as the warranty. Although I have nothing to compare it to at this point, I ended up spending much more than anticipated but the door is working nicely. Vincent was prompt, polite, professional, and willing to answer the questions of this novice to garage door openers.
