He called me 30 minutes before arrival to introduce himself to me and let me know when he would be arriving . He was exactly on time. He was polite, Courteous and fixed my problem garage door. Chris K. was the technician who installed the door for me. He was courteous, professional, and above all was observant of all the social distancing and health suggestions that are so necessary at this odd time in our nation's history (especially appreciated as I am in four different "at-risk" categories as a heart transplant recipient) . The new Lift Master opener works great and seems to be quite a high quality product. I was also impressed at how quickly the installation went. Chris even offered to chase after a neighbor's escaped dog for me (I didn't take him up on that). Thanks so much for a very pleasant experience.

salesperson who guided us with our purchase of new garage doors and belt drive garage door openers was very personable and also very knowlegeble of the product line. your technicians who installed the doors and openers were also top notch. they were kenny and mayo. very hard workers who did an excellent job with the entire installation. we would definitely recommend precision to anyone in need of these products. excellent job, keep up the good work!!!!
