Unfortunately I am looking to replace my current 30 year old single panel tilt door and Glenn informed me that you do not carry that style door. Extremely satisfied from start to finish with my experience here! First - I love that I was able to chat with someone online on this website instead of having to call someone. I'm on calls for work non-stop during the day so chatting is so much easier. We schedule the appointment and exchanged info online. Super easy. Had someone come out on a Saturday - the next day. Matt was fantastic. Even called me on his way to ask if I wanted him pick up anything at the store! Matt explained everything very well, was very quick and efficient with the install. He offered a wealth of guidance on the new opener, on my springs, etc. It's not often you come across companies with people who are both courteous and knowledgeable! Matt was both and that made for a very pleasant experience! Plus - I absolutely LOVE the new WiFi opener.

Your Technician Lou R was a complete professional. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, courteous and accommodating in resolving all issues I had with my garage door. On a bitterly cold day in February he completely rebuilt my garage door, installing new sprigs, cables, and rollers, as well as found the insulation piece to fit the bottom of my door. Despite the cold, he worked until the job was perfect. I give 5 stars to Lou R and Presision Garage Door!

Funny how things work out. My garage door never really worked properly when installed 7 years ago, but put up with it till this week when it just didn't go up at all and I was stuck. Was going to look up someone to call and brought in the mail and in the valpak was your coupon,so I called. Pete explained everything to me, had a trainee w/him,and did a great job. Had to replace all hardware, very satisfied, and think both of your employees had great people skills. It seems Pete is very enthusiastic about his job and you should be proud to have him for an employee. If any problems arise, I will not hesitate to call, not like when my door was installed, and I am sure you will come and fix it with no problem. Great experience so far and definitely would recommend Precision. Also, thank you for your timely manner in which you came, called on Wed. arrived on Thurs.
