Yesterday, I had an issue with my garage door, it would not open fully and remained immobile despite repeated attempts to open the garage door with the single button mounted externally on the side of the garage. So I called Precision Garage Door Service yesterday and the customer care agent was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Mr. Alan Ramirez- service technician arrived this morning and did an assessment- Upon inspection, he found a snap cable and recommended all internal parts- rollers, cables and spring cables be replaced as they have maxed out their longevity. He was very professional and completed the work in 45 minutes. Thank you Alan and Precision Garage Door Service! Highly recommend this company!

In particular the young Technician named George was extremely polite to my mother who is 86 years old. He took the time to go over the operation of the new opener in detail and answer her questions.
