Ethan came out to fix my door that wasn’t sitting level and then a great job and finished in about 30 minutes and apologize for the door for not setting correctly the first time. As always, this company has excellent customer service and quite possibly the best techs I’ve ever dealt with.

We had a cable break on our garage door. Being new to the area, we didn’t know who to call. Looking at our local Facebook page, Precision was recommended. I called on Thursday afternoon, and they scheduled a tech for Friday morning. The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He assessed both doors since he was here, gave us his assessment and the options for both. We had the repair done, as well as a higher end maintenance on the door we use several times a day, and a more middle level maintenance done on the door we only use to get our lawnmower out of the garage. He performed the work same day. It was quite a relief as we were having a party the next day, and we use the garage entrance quite often for us and guests. We will definitely reach out in the future if the need arises.

I cannot say enough good things about Precision. The arm to our garage door broke the day after christmas and we were scrambling to figure out how to fix it. We called precision who sent someone out that day! Making an appointment was so easy and the customer service was amazing. David called us when he was on his way and texted us an ETA tracker. He was very professional and kind during the whole process. David did not try to sell us on things we did not need and was very honest on what needed to be fixed and the different options and prices included in solving the problem. He was able to show us all our options on a tablet with side by side comparisons so we could pick what was right for our needs. David had the parts to fix our garage door within the hour. David was beyond amazing and we will be using Precision for any further needs. Thank you!

Hi, Tino was my installer for my 2 new garage doors opens. He was very polite and knew the product very well. He cleaned up every thing up was he was done.
