I cannot say enough good things about Precision. The arm to our garage door broke the day after christmas and we were scrambling to figure out how to fix it. We called precision who sent someone out that day! Making an appointment was so easy and the customer service was amazing. David called us when he was on his way and texted us an ETA tracker. He was very professional and kind during the whole process. David did not try to sell us on things we did not need and was very honest on what needed to be fixed and the different options and prices included in solving the problem. He was able to show us all our options on a tablet with side by side comparisons so we could pick what was right for our needs. David had the parts to fix our garage door within the hour. David was beyond amazing and we will be using Precision for any further needs. Thank you!

Just had a new garage door opener installed by precision service.The replacement was excellent in both installation and operation. The installer was very skilled and professional. His name was Alan Ramirez. The price for the equipment and installation was very reasonable.

$1400 to fix a broken spring and replace some screws that were rusting. Ridiculously expensive! Will not use them again!

Tom was personable and professional. He was quick to diagnose the problem and then repair it. He gave us options without pressure. He made sure the door opener was working properly before he left. First of all our Tech John couldn’t have been more professional and a real nice guy He gave us a few options explained our options and didn’t pressure us at all The response time from the time we called for an appointment till it actually happened was less then 24 hours which was great Also he was able to install a new garage door opener at the same time had inventory on truck that was great

Alan did a wonderful job inspecting and fixing the issue with the door. Precisions has an excellent system for those concerned with security - I get an SMS message when the technician is starting to leave for my house along with a picture of the tech which is nice. Everything is always done well - never had a problem with Precision and I would highly recommend them.

Hi, Tino was my installer for my 2 new garage doors opens. He was very polite and knew the product very well. He cleaned up every thing up was he was done. But most important he made sure everything work correctly and also made sure that the Wi-fi on the openers was installed on our phones and showed us the operations and also the safety features built in. I think if every company should have employees like Tino

WOW! White glove service. I am very impressed with this company. I will contact them for all my garage door needs. We called for a repair service. Our technician John took excellent care of our 3 garage doors. He replaced springs, installed a new opener, and just took the time necessary to make sure everything was just right.
