The entire process from setting up the appointment to the great service Matt provided was excellent. Matt explained the cause of the problem and showed me exactly what was wrong and how it happened. Luke was very professional, evaluated the problem with the door and spoke with his office to rectify the problem. A new section for the door will be installed tomorrow. Luke also did adjustments and lubricated both garage doors while he was here

Last evening we heard a loud noise in the garage and sure enough, a cable snapped on one of our doors. I immediately went on line and easily booked an appointment for this morning.
